In this role, you'll support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in real workplaces throughout the Portland metro area —helping them learn skills, build confidence, and succeed on the job. Paid time off + paid holidays Health benefits + retirement options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Bonus opportunities Ongoing training & career advancement What You'll Do As a Job Coach, you will: Provide one-on-one support to individuals at their workplace Teach and reinforce job skills and workplace expectations Support communication between the individual and their employer Encourage independence, confidence, and self-advocacy Help individuals build positive relationships with coworkers Track and document progress Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure long-term success Area Relief Job Coach (Flexible Role) We're also hiring for an Area Relief Job Coach —ideal if you enjoy variety and flexibility. In this role, you'll: Provide coverage at different job sites across the Portland area Work with a variety of individuals and employers Adapt quickly to new environments Perfect for someone who likes a dynamic, on-the-go workday. What We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Are dependable, patient, and positive Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds Communicate clearly and professionally Are comfortable working independently in community settings Are open to learning and applying new skills Basic Requirements 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel locally between job sites Ability to pass required background checks Comfortable with light physical activity (walking, standing, etc.) Experience in I/DD, human services, or education is a plus—but not required.
