Summary:
Plans, implements, and manages all aspects f the Cmprehensive K-12 Schl Cunseling Prgram fr the district at his/her level. versees and serves as liaisn fr scial service agency referrals fr all staff and students. Essential Duties and Respnsibilities 1) Demnstrates mastery in prfessinal field. a. Represents the Schl District with a psitive prfessinal image. b. Has knwledge f Schl District plicies, regulatins, and gals. c. Has experience in dealing with varius sciecnmic family situatins. d. Is perceptive in evaluating situatins and prblems. e. Is knwledgeable in prfessinal field. 2) Prepares accurate, lucid written reprts. a. Makes adequate investigatin and btains desired infrmatin. b. Reprts with expediency. c. Fllws thrugh n cmmunicatins with schl persnnel. d. ffers suggestins and recmmendatins tward reslving prblems. e. Uses plain, lucid language. f. Reprts reflect individually f student and the needs f the case. 3) rganizes time efficiently. a. Has a sense f pririty and needs and respnds accrdingly. b. Serves building assignments with prprtinate regularity. c. Maintains apprpriate recrds, reprts, studies, etc. d. Daily schedule reflects ability t rerganize time and pririties. 4) Identifies prblems accurately. a. Uses backgrund infrmatin t determine relevance and severity f the prblem. b.
