Job Opportunity:

Compassionate Job Coach Needed for Motivated Young Adult Are you looking for a rewarding position where you can directly help a young person achieve their career goals? If so, this could be the perfect fit for you! We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Job Coach to support a motivated 26-year-old man with autism on his path to meaningful employment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in key career development areas.

What You Will Do:

Develop and implement effective job search strategies. Provide one-on-one assistance with resume building and interview preparation. Offer skills training and supervision to promote community integration, social skills, and independence. Act as a positive role model, fostering appropriate social interactions in the community. Ensure the client's supervision, safety, and welfare at all times. Establish and maintain productive daily activities. Demonstrate recognition of and properly report suspected abuse and neglect. Perform all other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

A High School diploma or equivalent. Experience working with individuals who have autism. Must currently be working as a Job Coach. Current ACRE certification or willingness to obtain it. Excellent communication skills. Patience and the ability to follow a routine and clearly communicate instructions. Must be 18 years of age or older. Willingness to obtain required clearances. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.

Hours and Compensation:

Pay:

$20 - $32 per hour, based on experience.

Hours:

Flexible, determined by client needs.

Availability:

Must be available during client job hours.
