Recovery Specialist

The role of a Certified Recovery Specialist is to serve as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator to recovering individuals to help prevent relapse and promote long-term recovery. The Recovery Specialist demonstrates an ability to share personal recovery experiences and to develop authentic peer-to-peer relationships. CRS provides case management services to help individuals struggling with substance abuse gain access to treatment, resources, community networking, and life/recovery skills.

Requirements:

Active CRS Certification, knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel, competent with data entry, ASAM certified preferred, valid driver's license and insured vehicle required as this job requires providing mobile services, minimum 2 years of current sustained recovery

Skills:

organized, personable, client centered, self-sufficient, good written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills, confident working in a team setting, strong leadership skills, demonstrates ability to maintain confidentiality.

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
