Part-time position as a Career Coach for a grant funded program during 2026-27 academic school year. In this role, you will be at the forefront of career education, working directly with a diverse group of students across multiple grade levels to guide them toward their professional goals. You'll foster the development and implementation of a dynamic, comprehensive career education program that truly makes a difference. Assignments may include multiple schools throughout the Northern Tier region (Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga and Wyoming counties). Build strong connections with local businesses and create real-world learning opportunities for students. From classroom workshops to on-site experiences, you'll be opening the doors for the next generation of professionals. Qualifications A minimum four-year college degree in a related field or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy Must be able to work independently and in a team environment A passion for student development and the ability to engage with diverse communities Clearances (Act 34, 151, and 168) are required before employment begins, but not needed to apply Submit cover letter and resume to Workforce Program Administrator.
