Job Summary The School of Nursing at the University of Michigan-Flint is looking for a full-time Clinical Placement Administrative Specialist. This position will provide professional and high-level administrative support to the Clinical Placement Department, reporting to the Clinical Placement Manager. Responsibilities• Assists with the maintenance of spreadsheets for the tracking and documentation of clinical placements Communicate with clinical sites and students coordinating the appropriate placement of students into the nursing clinical courses along with assisting in onboarding materials for students and obtaining required documents from preceptors/clinics Track and assist student progress in the clinical placement process Coordinate with Directors and Faculty related the criteria for placement Provide complex administrative support for the Clinical Placement Manager as needed; Required Qualifications• High School Diploma or equivalent 3 or more years of progressive administrative support experience Why Work at U-M Flint?
