PARTNERS

in Employment is searching for a Job Developer that will be responsible for helping individuals with disabilities find jobs throughout the Greater Toledo area. People that make successful job developers typically -

Have experience in sales, workforce development, or working with individuals with disabilities
Are self-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and do not need a high degree of supervision
Like to see others succeed in life
Have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and professional conduct
Hate drama and toxic work environments You must have a High School Diploma or GED as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

A CESP is desired but motivation to learn and a kind personality are accepted in place of this credential. This job is performed remotely 30% of the time. The travel required for the other 70% will be throughout the Greater Toledo Area. Mileage is reimbursed. PTO is available after 90 days. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.
