Approximately 30% Travel ???? Direct Hire Are you a strong communicator who enjoys helping people understand their financial future? We're hiring a Participant Engagement Specialist to join a growing retirement services team. This client-facing position is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, presenting to groups, and making retirement and financial concepts easier to understand. What you'll do: Educate employees on retirement savings and investment options through one-on-one and group meetings Lead retirement education sessions virtually and in person Help participants with account setup, online access, and retirement plan rollovers Follow up with participants and plan sponsors to ensure service needs are addressed Partner with Retirement Counselors on education campaigns, scheduling, and coordination Maintain accurate participant records and contribute to team projects, training, and process improvements Travel to client locations approximately 30% of the time What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience 1-2+ years of related professional experience Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills A customer-focused mindset with strong organization and attention to detail Ability to confidently communicate with individuals and groups Interest in financial services, retirement planning, or participant education Ability to travel approximately 30% Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required Why consider this opportunity?
