Lead Career Navigator Reports to:
Regional/Center Manager Position Classification:
Exempt Wage range: $43,000 - $45,000 annually
Primary Objectives of Position:
Oversees workflow management within the Programs Team by coordinating referrals, supporting service sequencing, and ensuring consistent, high-quality case management aligned with Pulse operating standards across all funding streams. This position is fully in-person and requires on-site office attendance.
Essential Job Functions:
Oversees workflow management within the Programs Team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Receives all referrals from the Lot 2 Logistics Supervisor and assigns them to Career Navigators based on caseload, program eligibility, and customer needs Provides daily guidance and technical support to Career Navigators to maintain service momentum and quality Supports file quality, documentation accuracy, and appropriate service sequencing Ensures routing, case progression, and customer movement align with Pulse operating standards Serves as a technical resource to Career Navigators to resolve issues and remove barriers to service delivery Reinforces compliance expectations and documentation standards across funding streams Monitors consistency of service delivery and addresses variances to maintain high-quality outcomes Collaborates with management, quality, and logistics staff to sustain performance and customer experience

Required Competencies:

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in social services, HR, business, or equivalent
Credentials:
Certified Workforce Development Professional credential preferred
Experience:
Two years workforce or staffing experience including supervision
Skills/Abilities:
Coaching, case management, performance analysis
Preferred Qualification:
Bilingual in
English and Spanish Technology Requirement:
Position requires strong technology proficiency, including use of workforce information systems, Microsoft 365 applications, electronic case management, virtual service delivery tools, and evolving AI-enabled platforms in a paperless environment. Experience working within the Work In Texas system preferred. Successful completion of a basic IT skills assessment is required.
Additional Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
