Responsibilities include providing direct supportive assistance to clients at competitive and supportive employment sites.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Strong communication skills both verbally and written. Ability to effectively communicate. Ability to effectively collect and record data on individuals progress and outcomes. Ability to teach others Ability to prioritize and work independently. Ability to teach work skills and workplace behavior. Implement individualized plans Support individuals in developing social skills, building positive relationships in the work place. Requirements Valid Drive License High school diploma reliable transportation. Strong communication skills
