Description/Notes:

Instruct students in technical and soft skills needed to gain entry-level employment. Direct instruction to include Basic Safety, Introduction to Construction Math, identification and use of hand and power tools, and basic understanding of construction. Additional focus will be on classroom and lab instruction in various construction trades.

Qualifications:

Industry experience or bachelor's degree Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or related training and work experience for certification waivers under the District of Innovation Plan (DOI) Demonstratedpetency in the core academic subject area assigned

Salary Range:

Placement on the Teacher salary schedule, $52,565.00•76,065.00 based on 0-26 years of creditable experience. Navasota ISD contributes $325/monthly to employee only health insurance plans.
