We pride ourselves on helping each of clients achieve their abilities! We are looking to hire a Job Coach that has some flexibility in their schedule. Hours will vary based on clients' work schedule. We are looking to hire individuals that have availability between 10 AM-6 PM with the occasional evening shifts. Rotating weekend work may be required as well. We are willing to be flexible with scheduling, and length of shifts. We prefer someone that would also be willing to work in Provo, Orem, American Fork, and Midvale throughout the week. We provide gas stipends to our employees. We expect the position to start out around 20 hours per week and increase as we build our clientele. The job coach is responsible for helping the client learn their job, become proficient at their job, advocate for the client when needed, help them improve their independence, develop natural supports and establish a good rapport with their supervisors and co-workers.

Main Job Functions:

• Assisting/teaching individuals how to perform job duties.
• Assisting/teaching individuals attend employer training
• Keeping strong communication with team members, the individual being served, employers, and the individual's family members
• Keeping accurate daily records of work performed with clients.

This position requires the job coach to potentially stand for long periods of time, work in various and changing work environments, the ability to pass a background and drug test, and have reliable transportation.
