Duties and Responsibilities Conduct Situational Assessment Provide job development services by helping consumers in obtaining employment, including support with resume writing, job application, interview preparation, and follow-up with employers. Support with job placement and training by providing one-to-one support to assist with learning the job. Provide Follow-Along services by ongoing contact on the post-job placement to assess job performance, employer satisfaction, and levels of training and/or support needed. Provide support to students with disabilities (Pre-Employment Transition Services) with employment services, and/or help them in learning skills for employment. This job requires driving to meet clients and employers.
