We are currently seeking applicants for a part-time Team Lead who assists with the daily operation of Eggelston's Farmers Market and Garden Center. Supervises and provides vocational training to employees with disabilities as part of the Group Supported Employment (GSE) program and maintains a safe work environment. Work schedule may include weekends, holidays, and evenings. Applicants must have the ability to work Thursday through Sunday, 20 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties and responsibilities represent the essential functions of this job that an individual must be able to perform with or without a reasonable accommodation: Assists in the development, implementation, and review of individualized service plans to improve and enhance social and vocational skills, to include weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly evaluations of all plans and completing performance evaluations Communicates and collaborates internally with the Supervisor of Group Supported Employment and others as needed for the purpose of developing and implementing individual employee training plans, coordinate programming and/ordisseminateinformation Completes timely and accurate documentation of training and work activities in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards Sells merchandise to include assisting customers with ordering merchandise and advising on merchandise price, features and/or on fees and services Operates computerized cash register to conduct sales transactions; handles cash and makes change as required Responds to routine customer telephone inquiries Assists with receiving and displaying merchandise with specific instructions and established policies and procedures; ensures that displays are in accordance with established standards. Helps with security, merchandise stocking, and/or related routine floor duties Attends team meetings, trainings, and workshops as required to maintain valid certification in CPR, first aid, behavior management, crisis intervention, and defensive driving Other duties as assigned Makes deliveries or picks up product as needed in fleet vehicle

Physical demands: Performing the duties of this job requires near visual acuity, the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds, and gross manipulation. Additionally, the employee: Must be free of tuberculosis in a communicable form Must be able to lift/move 40 pounds and withstand prolonged hours of standing and walking Must be able to bend through a full range of motion, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a warehouse setting, with exposure to dust and other potential allergens.
