IKRON is a non-profit, behavioral health organization that offers outpatient mental health, substance use treatment, and employment support services. IKRON is a growing, team-focused agency that has established a strong reputation of quality services based on person-centered practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with clients to help achieve employment goals. Provide job development, job placement and job retention support services to adults with disabilities. Coordinate job coaching services as needed. Complete daily notes and reports on participations' progress for all employment services. Review and assist in preparation of individualized service plans. Complete Intake and assessments dependent upon credentials. Recruit employers to provide competitive part-time and/or full-time jobs for IKRON consumers. Educate employers on IKRON services. Provide benefits management and follow up services. Coordinate activities with other behavioral health professionals, administrative staff, and clinical staff. Attend vocational team meetings and all-staff meetings. Assist, upon request, with administrative matters and/or special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's Degree OR a minimum of two years of related experience. 2. Experience working with disabled population(s) 3. Computer literate in word processing and spreadsheets 4. Vehicle required and ability to pass driving records check if transporting clients
