Job Description

Introduction The Home-delivered Meal Assessor is responsible for evaluating potential client needs to assure appropriate nutrition resources. Ongoing assessment of client needs and educating clients about other resources available will be a focal point in this position. Position Summary
SOME ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful, you will complete the below responsibilities: Interviews potential meal program participants and completes in-home assessment. Assists with developing nutrition education materials and presentations for program participants. Provides coverage for meal site managers as needed. Participates in quarterly site manager meetings, and annual training courses. Adheres to Food Safety Regulations according to the Wisconsin Food Code. Salary Information Wage Range $21.06 - $23.30/ hour based on experience and qualifications Job Details Employees at

One to two years' experience and or training and high school diploma or equivalent; or associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Serve safe certification or Serving Safe Foods Certification required within 90 days of hire. Valid drivers' license.
Preferred Requirements:
Two years related experience and or training; or associates degree and one year experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
