Job Description

What You'll Do MARC provides supported employment that includes more than 40 businesses in the Greater Madison area. This position is located within the UW and VA hospitals in partnership with Madison Metropolitan School District. Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their employment and life goals Develop and implement individualized support plans and daily schedules Adapt training methods and job tasks to meet unique needs Mentor and train team members to deliver high-quality services Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners Flexibility to cover other job sites as needed. What You Bring Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field At least 2 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities OR equivalent experience (each additional year of relevant experience may substitute for education) Skills & Strengths Strong understanding of developmental disabilities including personal care needs and how they affect basic life activities. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and think creatively Experience mentoring or training others is a plus Requirements Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with a good driving record Reliable personal vehicle Work Environment Work within the UW and VA Hospitals.
