Job Description
This position will be responsible for providing employment readiness and career development services to individuals incarcerated at the Prairie du Chien Correctional Institution (PDCI). You will make a difference by helping individuals prepare for successful reentry through career coaching, job readiness training, resume and interview assistance, and connections to employment, education, and community resources. If you enjoy helping people overcome barriers, building partnerships, and making a lasting impact, we would love to meet you! A qualified individual will have the ability to motivate individuals and build positive relationships. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are important. Two years of experience in workforce development, case management, education, corrections, or a related field is preferred. SWWDB will mentor and train the right candidate who supports SWWDB's mission, vision, and corporate values. This position requires travel; a valid driver's license and insured vehicle is required. The expected hourly pay for this position is $22.00 with some flexibility allowed based on knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a 40 hour per week position.
