We are willing to train the right person with the right heart and mindset. What You'll Do Build a consistent, trusting relationship through daily support Provide structure, routine, and predictability Support emotional regulation using approved, non-punitive strategies Assist with daily living skills and community engagement as appropriate Work as part of a supportive, collaborative team Follow individualized plans designed to prioritize dignity, safety, and autonomy What Matters Most This role requires patience, empathy, and emotional maturity .
