Whether assisting with daily activities or offering specialized care, your efforts will help enhance quality of life for those in need. Duties Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor client's vital signs and observe their overall health status to ensure safety and well-being Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs Maintain detailed documentation of patient observations, care provided, and any changes in condition to ensure continuity of care Skills Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings with a focus on senior care or disability support Knowledge of CPR, first aid, and emergency response procedures to handle urgent situations confidently Familiarity with care plans Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities Strong cleaning skills to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members Comfort working independently in clients' homes We are dedicated to supporting your growth as a caregiver by providing ongoing training opportunities and a respectful work environment.
