Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and energetic In-Home Care Providers to deliver personalized care to clients in NWA. This role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence within their homes or community settings. Duties Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning Support patients with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, fostering a safe environment Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers and heavy lifting when necessary Maintain cleanliness of the living space through light housekeeping Requirements Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is preferred Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or dementia Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude toward clients of all ages Physical ability to assist with mobility support safely Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality Must be 18 yo and able to pass backgrounds checks & drug screen Join us as an In-Home Care Provider in NWA to empower individuals through dedicated caregiving.
