Job Description

Fostering Change and The Guidance Center are looking for passionate and dedicated Direct Care Staff in the surrounding area of Fort Smith, Arkansas to work with fostered adolescents in a group home setting who have experienced trauma and may have behavioral and emotional challenges. We are looking for individuals interested in both Full Time and Part Time with 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift available

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing daily care for youth in a group home setting serving youth in the Arkansas Foster Care System. Provide direction and guidance through all daily living skills. Provide supervision during all activities including outings, chores, and community activities. Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using a web-based platform. Support a therapeutic setting at all times. Must be able to maintain active communication while working in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED Pass Criminal Background Check Pre-Employment Drug Screen

CLEAN DRIVING RECORD PREFERRED

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
