Shift:

9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Sunday Breathe Easy Personal Care Service Co is seeking TWO dependable Personal Care Aides/Caregivers to provide temporary coverage for an established in-home client in Rogers, Arkansas. The weekly schedule will be split between two caregivers based on availability. Applicants do not have to work all seven days. This is a relatively low-intensity assignment. Care needs are intermittent throughout the shift, so caregivers should expect periods of downtime between required tasks while remaining available to assist the client as needed. Responsibilities & Requirements MUST have reliable transportation Must be dependable and consistently report for assigned shifts Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed Light housekeeping and meal preparation Companionship and general supervision Follow the established care plan Complete required documentation and clock in/out accurately Prior caregiving/PCA experience preferred Must be able to pass required background checks Temporary assignment: August 30 - September 22, 2026.
