What Your Day Looks Like As a Direct Care Monitor, you will support service quality and compliance for members receiving home-based care within a defined region in Arizona. Responsibilities Conduct four required monitoring reviews per member per provider each year: 2 in-person visits in the member's home 2 virtual visits using a secure video platform Independently schedule and manage your appointments as a contractor. Document findings accurately using provided reporting tools. Communicate with families and providers to support service quality and consistency. Travel within your assigned regional area Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and alignment with Wee Care's values.
