This contract role offers a competitive rate per review, with four required monitoring reviews per assigned member/provider annually. What Your Day Looks Like As a Direct Care Monitor, you will support service quality and compliance for members receiving home-based care within a defined region in Arizona. Responsibilities Conduct four required monitoring reviews per member per provider each year: 2 in-person visits in the member's home 2 virtual visits using a secure video platform Independently schedule and manage your appointments as a contractor. Document findings accurately using provided reporting tools. Communicate with families and providers to support service quality and consistency. Travel within your assigned regional area Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and alignment with Wee Care's values. Compensation Per completed review (Each member requires four reviews annually.) Does This Sound Like You? Ideal candidates bring a combination of care experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Requirements Experience as a caregiver / direct care provider Ability to independently manage scheduling and time. Basic proficiency with digital documentation or monitoring tools. Three (3) professional references. Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain). Successful completion of required background checks. Experience as a Direct Care Worker that has completed DCW Training Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus.
