Job Description

POSITION IS MAINLY IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS
BENSON, ST.
DAVID, AND MESCAL, AZ. MAY BE ASKED TO COVER SHIFTS IN
TOMBSTONE, SONOITA, WHETSTONE, HUACHUCA
CITY, AND SIERRA VISTA, AZ.
Starting pay of $16.00 per hour, depending on experience. CPR certification, required Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, required Reliable transportation and proof of active automobile insurance, required High School diploma or GED completion, preferred One (1) year of documented caregiver experience, preferred Two-step negative TB skin test or chest x-ray upon hire, required Compliance with HIPAA regulations, required Ability to lift, turn and bend with 50 pounds, required Clear, concise and timely communication with office and clients, required Willing to work with client's of all ages and backgrounds, and in homes that may have pets or the client smokes in, required Ability to use personal mobile smartphone for documentation, required Ability to work with little direct supersion Empathy for the needs of clients Provide in home care to clients for personal hygiene, light housekeeping and possibly transportation/running errands. Our policy is no smoking when caregivers are in the home, but client's may smoke heavily when caregivers are not there. This may lead to caregiver still smelling like the item smoked when leaving shift. Are you willing to work in homes in which the client smokes? Are you willing to work up to 10 hours a day between two different clients?
