You will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, promoting independence, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients at all times. Your presence will not only enhance their quality of life but also bring a rewarding and fulfilling experience to your own.
Requirements:
Compassionate and empathetic nature Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; preferred Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and their families Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training Article 9 certification First Aid & CPR certification Fingerprint Card High school diploma or equivalent Competence in meal preparation and nutrition guidelines Able to assist members with hygiene, bathing, toileting, and changing
