Job Summary:

Job and Interviews are in Lake Havasu City We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of care, including seniors, and individuals with special needs. Your role will involve providing support with daily activities, ensuring the well-being and safety of clients, and promoting a positive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Medication Reminder as prescribed by healthcare professionals Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and tidying up Escort clients to appointments or outings as needed Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to office staff Follow all HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity at all times

Experience:

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required Familiarity with senior care Knowledge of first aid procedures is beneficial

Skills:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients Compassionate and patient demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Understanding of hospice care principles is desirable
