  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings.
This vital role involves promoting independence, ensuring safety, and enhancing the quality of life for those in your care. As a Caregiver, you will play a key part in delivering personalized care that meets each person's unique needs, fostering a warm and respectful environment. Your energy, empathy, and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference every day. Duties Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, and report changes promptly Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety and confidentiality Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences, supporting overall health and well-being Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of living spaces Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's by implementing memory care techniques and providing emotional reassurance Use assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs to safely transfer residents with mobility challenges Skills Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments Knowledge of patient observation techniques and monitoring vital signs effectively Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality Ability to perform CPR and first aid confidently in emergency situations Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or dementia-related conditions Skilled in medication administration and creating or following detailed care plans Capable of heavy lifting and physical tasks required for resident transfers or mobility assistance Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with healthcare teams, residents, and families Compassionate approach with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others through direct support and caregiving Join us in making a positive impact by providing high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence, and comfort.
