We are seeking caring, dependable, and professional Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to provide exceptional in-home support services throughout Arizona.
Position:
Direct Care Worker (DCW) Towne Home Care is looking for compassionate DCW, CNAs or Home health aides in Casa Grande.
Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical care and support services in clients' homes Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization Provide medication reminders as directed Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities as needed Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement Observe and report changes in clients' condition or environment to supervisors
Qualifications:
Current Arizona Direct Care Worker (DCW) certification Previous caregiving, home care, or direct support experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, documentation, and electronic timekeeping
Requirements:
Minimum 18 years of age Valid government-issued identification Reliable transportation preferred Current CPR/First Aid certification Negative TB test
