Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Personal Assistant to provide one-on-one support and care to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor and observe health status regularly to identify any changes or concerns Provide medication reminders Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding as required, ensuring safety during meal times Maintain detailed documentation of care provided for individual care plans Support clients with light household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to promote a clean, safe living environment Provide emotional support and genuine companionship to foster social engagement and mental well-being Assist with community involvement and appointments Stimulate involvement in activities of interest Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred Knowledge of caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is helpful Join us if you're ready to bring energy, compassion, and professionalism into a rewarding caregiving role from your heart that truly makes a difference!
