What You'll Do Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene Support daily living activities, including meal preparation and feeding Take and record vital signs, as needed Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the Director of Nursing Ensure client dignity, safety, and rights are always respected What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred, if not required by law CPR certification (we'll help you get certified!) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines Strong communication skills in English, spoken and written Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes for client assignments Ready to Make a Difference?
