Job Description We are looking for a professional and compassionate Lead Staff for our Male Group Home to oversee the care of adults with developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. At least three years' experience in related field and one year supervisory experience is preferred. Responsibilities Requirements Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able) Perform housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own Be a pleasant and supportive companion Report any unusual incidents Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Accompany individuals on community outing Help clients take prescribed medication (ordering as needed) Ensure staff are completing their shift duties Writing up incidents reports Apply Today!!

Requirements:

Must be Male 21 years or older Arizona Driver's License (active driver) Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required) Clean Motor Vehicle Re (Preferred) Abuse & Neglect (Preferred) Article 9 (Preferred) CPR/First Aid (Preferred) Prevention & Support (Preferred) Food Handlers card (Preferred) Associate's Degree Proven experience as a caregiver and supervisor Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with attention to dietary restrictions Ability to lift and/or move more then 50lbs Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate Good time management skills Clear & outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Physical endurance Pay & Benefits $16/hour Full time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k! (After 90 days) Set Schedule- Tuesday-Friday 2p-10p, Saturday 8a-4p
