Join All Valley Premier Private Care & Home Health Care as a CAREgiver and experience meaningful work that allows individuals to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes—while offering you flexibility and opportunities for growth. We are currently hiring compassionate CAREgivers to serve clients in Central Phoenix and the West Valley. Our clients include older adults, individuals with disabilities, and others who require long-term, in-home support. CAREgivers are essential in helping clients maintain their safety, dignity, comfort, and independence. What You'll Do CAREgivers provide non-medical assistance in clients' homes, which may include: Support with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Companionship and meaningful social interaction Meal preparation and light housekeeping Laundry and running errands Assistance with transfers and mobility Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment Each client receives a personalized care plan based on their individual needs. Training & Support We are committed to supporting our CAREgivers from the start. Paid training and ongoing development include: CPR & First Aid certification Direct Care Worker (DCW) training Continuing education (minimum of 6 hours per year) Optional advanced training opportunities, including emotional intelligence and leadership development Employee wellness and self-care resources No previous caregiving experience is necessary—we provide the training you need.
