• 11pm PRN Caregivers needed for all shifts PRN Med-Tech needed for all shifts Sunshine Village is a very unique Memory Care Community. We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those under your care.

Responsibilities :

• Assist senior residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility/redirecting around the cottage/community
• Serving meals prepared by our central kitchen
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status
• Implement behavior management techniques when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely: gate belts provided/hoyer lifts
• Previous experience in memory care or working with individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's or dementia is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of serving meals/special diets/feeding techniques
• Familiarity with behavior management systems Excellent communication skills are essential for building rapport with residents, families, and team members while upholding HIPPA policy.

Credentials required:

AZ Caregiver Certificate AZ Fingerprint Clearance CPR/1st Aid AZ Food Handler's (20 days post hire to obtain) TB Test (2 required by State Dept of Health Services
