Role:

As a Weekend Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Sun City, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and companionship to our clients in Phoenix, Arizona. You will work on weekends to ensure that our clients receive the support and attention they need to thrive. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, while also building meaningful relationships with them and their families.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (family caregiving counts!) CPR/First Aid and TB test (assistance provided if needed) Article 9 certification Fingerprint clearance card, background check, and drug screening Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management Engage in activities that promote our clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being Maintain accurate records of client care and communication with family members and healthcare providers Collaborate with our team to develop and implement customized care plans for each client Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort
