We work 1 on 1 with our senior clients within their homes/home-settings assisting them with their various activities of daily living. And before applying, please understand that having both a valid driver's license and your own reliable insured car are both mandatory. What You'll Do You'll be a pillar of support and companionship, handling everything from daily personal care to helping clients stay connected to their communities. Provide hands-on assistance with personal hygiene, incontinence care, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assist, transfers. Prepare nutritious meals and help with light housekeeping to ensure a safe, comfortable home. Offer companionship and engagement, making every day brighter. Safely transport clients to appointments and outings using your own reliable vehicle— we offer a generous mileage reimbursement! What We Need We're looking for professionals who are reliable, compassionate, and have a strong sense of responsibility. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable, insured vehicle are mandatory. This is critical to our clients' well-being. Proven caregiving experience is essential. Experience in hospice care is a plus. Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with patient transfers. Adult CPR/First Aid certification is required. Must pass a criminal background check and have a negative TB test. An up-to-date smartphone and active email for easy scheduling and communication. Why Join Our Team?
