Tridev Healthcare is seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) and Caregivers to support individuals receiving services through the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Our Direct Care Workers provide individualized support based on each member's needs and service plan. Positions may include Habilitation, Attendant Care, and Respite Care. Habilitation (HAB): Support individuals in developing and maintaining skills that promote independence, including personal care, communication, social skills, household activities, community participation, and daily living skills.

Attendant Care:

Assist individuals with activities of daily living, which may include personal care, hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, mobility, and other daily support needs.

Respite Care:

Provide temporary care, supervision, companionship, and assistance to individuals while providing their primary caregivers with needed relief.

West Valley | Central Valley | East Valley Opportunities may be available throughout the greater Phoenix Valley area based on current member needs and openings.
