We are currently hiring Full-Time or Part-Time position. Join our dedicated team as a Care Giver, where your compassion and hands-on support will make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals. In this vital role, you will provide personalized care, assist with daily activities, and promote a safe, comfortable environment. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster independence and dignity for residents while ensuring their health and well-being are prioritized every day. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed. Monitor residents' well-being and report changes in condition to management. Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate documentation. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean living environment. Follow individualized care plans and facility policies. Ensure resident safety and respond appropriately to emergencies. Qualifications Prior caregiving, CNA, HHA, or RCFE experience preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Must pass background check and meet all RCFE employment requirements.
