Provide mobility assistance, including walking, transferring, and positioning. Help with toileting and incontinence care. Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if necessary. Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up. Provide companionship and emotional support. Remind clients to take medications. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities. Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or emotional condition. Follow the care plan and communicate with supervisors about client needs.
