Caregiver - Assisted Living (RCFE) Bakersfield, CA Seasoned Elite Assisted Living is a boutique residential care home for "Seasoned" women, providing person-centered care in a warm, family-like environment where caregiving is personal, relationships matter, and every resident is treated with dignity and respect. We are seeking reliable, dependable, compassionate, and committed caregivers to join our close-knit residential family. We provide personalized care in a warm, family-like environment. Experience didicated care in a true home setting. This position is ideal for a caregiver who enjoys working in an assisted living while feeling like home.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Supporting mobility, transfers, and resident safety Assisting with medications as directed Assisting with meals and hydration Completing light housekeeping duties Completing shift notes and reporting any changes in condition Providing respectful companionship and support to senior residents

Qualifications:

Previous dementia care experience is required Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience required Reliable, dependable, and committed to resident care Must have reliable transportation Compassionate, patient, and respectful with seniors CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Must be able to communicate in

Shift Availability:
