AM/ PM VARIETY OF DAYS AVAILABLE

Responsibilities:

1. Cook dinner following menu provided. 2. Pass medication as ordered using the electronic MAR system. 3. Assist the other staff with getting residents ready for meals and to the table. 4. Assist with feeding residents as needed. 5. Clean up the kitchen including loading the dishwasher and taking out the trash and recycle. 6. Assist residents with toileting as needed. Clean commodes after each use. Check at end of shift to ensure cleanliness. 7. Chart notes from shift. 8. Notify Administrator of any changes in your resident's condition. 9. Interact with residents to encourage socialization. 10. Complete other duties and tasks as assigned as per daily task sheet. 11. Check on resident every 2 hours & rotate bedridden residents 12. Assist other staff in getting residents ready for the day and or bed. 13. Light housekeeping.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving is required.
• Previous experience passing medications a PLUS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
