In this role, you will assist residents with their daily living needs, provide companionship, and help ensure their safety, dignity, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Provide meal assistance, including preparation, serving, and feeding as required.

• Monitor residents' health and behavior, promptly reporting changes to healthcare staff. Support medication reminders and follow individualized care plans. Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Follow facility policies, safety protocols, and state care regulations. Qualifications Prior caregiving, home health aide, or nursing assistant experience preferred (training available for the right candidate). Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality. Ability to safely lift and assist residents. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
