Hiring 10+ Caregivers in Chico Now! 24 hour case starting this week Couple Care Short Shifts 2-6 hours Long Shifts 6-12 hours

Need:

AM, PM, NOC, Weekdays & Weekends We also offer short-stacked shifts with Milage reimbursement between clients. Please call if you are interested or have questions. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Provide direct support in a home or community setting, fostering independence and promoting social interaction. Monitor patients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Engage clients in recreational activities that promote physical and mental well-being. Perform heavy lifting as necessary to assist clients with mobility or transfers. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, enhancing their overall quality of life. Qualifications 1 year of verifiable professional caregiving experience - NO IHSS Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong caregiving skills with a focus on compassion and patience. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges. Able to push/pull/lift 50 lbs minimum Knowledge of home community care practices is a plus. Certification in CPR is required, but we can help you obtain this. Previous experience in hospice care or patient monitoring is beneficial but not required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
