In-Home Caregiver in Chino Hills and Nearby Job Summary We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities Personal Care Assistance:

Help with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Mobility Support:

Assist with transfers, walking, and light exercise to ensure safety and physical well-being.

Medication Reminders:

Ensure clients take prescribed medications on schedule.

Companionship:

Engage in meaningful conversation, activities, and emotional support to reduce isolation.

Light Housekeeping:

Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

Reporting:

Document daily activities and report any significant changes in the client's physical or mental condition to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar medical/home-care role preferred.

Certification:

HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed care plans.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to assist with lifting or transferring clients and stand for extended periods.

Reliability:

High level of professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Background Check:

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

Transportation:
