Your support will help individuals maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Feeding and meal preparation Toileting and incontinence care Transferring, positioning, and ambulation Support client health and wellness: Medication reminders (self-administered medications) Exercise assistance Perform light housekeeping: Laundry, cleaning, organizing Grocery shopping and errands Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with transportation and communication needs Deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect in compliance with agency policies and state regulations Eligibility Requirements Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documentation Required During Onboarding Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration Clearance on the Home Care Aide Registry Current Tuberculosis (TB) test/clearance Completed required state forms: LIC 508•Criminal Record Statement LIC 501•Personnel Record
