Responsibilities:

Demonstrate ability to be proactive , anticipate client needs, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure exceptional care and support. Provide personal care and hygiene support (bathing, grooming, toileting). Assist with mobility and transfers , ensuring client safety. Support clients with behavioral health needs , including dementia, traumatic brain injuries, developmental disabilities. Administer medication reminders Foster emotional well-being through companionship and social activities. Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs. Maintain a clean-living environment with light housekeeping. Document care and report changes in client conditions.

Requirements:

CNA or HHA Certification (preferred) Experience with advanced client care and behavioral health support (preferred) Strong communication and de-escalation skills Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license (required) Ability to pass a background check & drug screening Willingness to work nights and weekends or coverage shifts (preferred)

Physical Requirements:
