In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance and support to an individual with diverse needs, promoting their independence, safety, and overall well-being. Your energetic approach and attentive care will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. This paid position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in caregiving are valued and nurtured.
Shift :
Weekends - Total of 20 hours a month Duties Assist in supervising a child Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal consumption to ensure proper nutrition Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and sanitation tasks Participate in care activities accurately and report any significant observations Provide companionship and emotional support Follow all safety protocols including CPR and first aid procedures to ensure individual safety at all times Qualifications Must be 18+ with valid ID High schoold diploma / GED Negative TB Test (dated within the past 2 years) Prior experience working in home care setting Certification in CPR and First Aid is required or obtainable upon hire Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy Strong observational skills Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others Join us in making a positive impact through dedicated caregiving!
