Resident Assistant / CaregiverFull-Time | Sequoia Springs Senior Living - Fortuna, CALooking for a career where you can truly make a difference? We're looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Resident Assistants (Caregivers) who want to make a lasting impact in the lives of seniors. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or just beginning your journey in senior care, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do As a Resident Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping our residents live with dignity, independence, and joy by: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility) Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support Encouraging residents to participate in activities and social events Assisting with dining services and hydration Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition Responding promptly to resident needs and emergency call systems Maintaining accurate documentation Working as part of a compassionate team dedicated to exceptional resident care

Compassionate and kind Reliable and dependable Patient and respectful A strong team player Positive with a great attitude Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers Willing to learn and grow professionally Experience as a caregiver, CNA, Resident Assistant, Home Care Aide, or in healthcare is preferred—but we're happy to train the right person who has the heart to care for others.
