What You'll Do As a Resident Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping our residents live with dignity, independence, and joy by: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility) Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support Encouraging residents to participate in activities and social events Assisting with dining services and hydration Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition Responding promptly to resident needs and emergency call systems Maintaining accurate documentation Working as part of a compassionate team dedicated to exceptional resident care
