Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity. Support residents with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines. Engage residents in social activities, companionship, and recreational programs to foster mental and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Follow safe patient lifting practices and manual handling procedures to prevent injury for both residents and staff. Skills Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments is preferred. Pay:
