Job Description

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide direct, hands-on assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and managing incontinence care.
Mobility Support:
Assist residents with transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair), walking, and navigating the facility safely, utilizing proper body mechanics and gait belts.
Medication Assistance:
Help residents with medication administration or self-administration via reminders, documentation, and strictly following physician orders according to facility guidelines.
Observation and Documentation:
Monitor residents for physical, mental, or emotional status changes and promptly log or report concerns to the Resident Care Coordinator or facility administrator.
Memory Care Support:
Implement redirection and patience techniques for residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive decline.
Dietary and Meal Assistance:
Prep or serve nutritious meals, guide residents to the dining area, and assist with physical feeding or hydration tracking when necessary.
Housekeeping & Laundry:
Keep resident rooms and common areas sanitized; manage personal laundry and linen changes.
Emergency Response:
Act quickly during medical incidents, fires, or evacuations according to emergency and Title 22 protocols. PM- Shift 2pm to 10pm 3 days per week
Pay:
$17.00 - $17.50 per hour
